Olga's Fine Foods Terra Rossa Range
Our new range of ‘Terra Rossa Beef' products bring to you a uniquely South Australian gourmet culinary experience. Terra Rossa beef gets its name from the unique soils of the Coonawarra district where the cattle are sourced from (incidentally where some of the worlds best wine is made). This award winning beef has won numerous awards around Australia including ‘Champion' at the 2006 Royal Queensland show Best Branded Beef Competition and a double Silver Award at the 2006 Sydney Fine Food Awards and again in 2007 as ‘Champion' at the 2007 Royal Queensland show Best Branded Beef Competition. According to the judges, the award winning Terra Rossa Beef is “Full in flavor, succulent and incomparably tender”.
The Terra Rossa Beef Brand was launched in 2005 as a joint initiative between Dalriada Meat at Keith, SA and Margaret Street Meat at Mount Gambier,SA.
In conjunction with the producers of Terra Rossa Beef, Olga's Fine Foods has developed a range of gourmet meat products which fully take advantage of the truly incredible qualities of this fine product. We have already begun to produce and market our Terra Rossa burgers and we are currently nearly finished in the development phase of a Terra Rossa Beef and Stout sausage.
We feel that this is a particularly exciting time for Olga's Fine Foods and as a result of this development, we look forward to you being able to try our new Terra Rossa range of products and sample this truly delectable and uniquely South Australian product.
